Help with display on lcd tv when using pc

I've just got a Toshiba 32" XV505 LCD & have it connected via DVI>HDMI to my pc. Res is set to 1920x1080 but i have a black bar right around the screen a couple of inches all the way round

Any ideas how i fix this please

EDIT: All sorted, was in the scaling options in CCC
