help with driver and etc...

I bought asus p5k deluxe wifi-ap bit earlier but it was b grade and it did not have driver cd for it.

now i know you can download them from here:

http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=P5K Deluxe

but i dont have a clue which ones to download.

will be using q6600 2 gig ram and xp os.

I would download the latest version of each driver and unzip the contents of each into a folder. I put mine in C:\Drivers so it's easy to find them later if required. Then go through each one and run the setup or installer program to let it install what it needs.

After that look in the Device Manager to see if there remain any other devices that still need drivers.

You'll need the Intel chipset drivers (tho you're better getting them direct from Intel), the SoundMAX Audio Driver, Realtek RTL8110SC Lan Driver, and ASUS WiFi-AP driver if you intend using the WiFi.
