Hi All,

Really annoyed today.

Six months ago work bought me a really nice 27" AOC 4K UHD Professional monitor which has been fantastic. So much so, I decided to spend my own money on a second one, and go dual.

Unfortunately I could only find one retailer with any stock, which turns out they ship from Poland. I wasn't too bothered, until today when it arrived and I switched it on.

The colours are way off. The whites are really yellow. I've been through the menu on the monitors and made sure they both match. I've even swapped cables around which made no difference.

Do you think it's faulty?

In real life it's much worse.

Thanks for the replies

Yeah the old one is on the left. It's not had that much use really. Although saying that I am working from home now and use it everyday. I guess it does add up.

I've not got a calibration tool, although I did spend a good hour today messing with the RGB settings on the monitor, and got it closer but still not perfect.

Just a heads up for anyone in a similar situation. There's a free program called screen bright which can set the monitors red/green/blue - brightness/contrast and other settings via your PC.

I ended up selecting sRGB on the new monitor, then using screen bright on my older one to get an almost exact match. It was much easier than using the monitors menu.
