Help with EA account + Euro force!

Hi there, this is really doing my head in so could someone please help me! I created an account via battlefield 2 in game system called "twistedkey" however when I try to buy euro force for that account it says on the euro force page that my username does not exist? I've tried to retrieve my password but again it says the name does not exist! I know it works because my ranking is 7000+ and I play every day on that account in game! When I try to create that name on the ea website it says it's in use! Does anyone know what the hell is going on? I really want to buy Euro force for this account but I'm not starting a new one just to get it! I've unlocked a lot of weapons. Thanks!

Its a seperate acount system.

In game im Yewen but on the EA acount I am thomaslamb*

When you purchase EF it asks you to enter your gamespy ID (BF2 login ) and then it enables it on your acount.

So I need to create a new account on the EA purchase section then? And then enter my twisted ID? Cheers

Yup, the two acounts are completely seperate, the only thing you use your BF2 login for is just that, BF2.

If you change your BF2 login name, you need to log back into the downloader and then you can change the user name for EF to work with.

for me, the EA billing information keeps asking me for either a start date or a issue number, even when i put both in (or one or the other)
