Help with Exchange 2003

I'm trying to reply to email that I have with Exchange 2003 but when logged in remotely using Webmail I can't reply to email. Think it's got something to do with how security is set up on my Vista Home Premium machine because the box where you are supposed to write the body of the message is just blued out and it does'nt let me type there. ANy body any pointers?

Thanks guys, I downloaded the recommended update but after going through the motions I got an error saying that I don't have enough storage and the installation ended unsuccesfully????

Hmmm....I have 174Gb free.
Never mind I'm using Firefox as suggested and its working perfectly.
