Dead powersupply?

Heya guys, recently my computer would fail to boot a few times and then claim it was a failed overclock (been stable for about 9-10months), reset bios and overclocked again and all was good until yesterday where it'd just get stuck in a loop of failing to boot (it'd restart after 5-10seconse and repeat).

I've removed the cmos battery + reset the jumpers, tried with cpu only (no hardware except cpu, ram and fans).

I've also made no changes to any settings or hardware.

Can anyone suggest what I should do? Cheers, Mikey.

Edit*
When it powers on you can hear hdd activity and all the fans spin up but then there's a click and it goes dead, 5-10seconds later it restarts.

You've already checked your ram you said that's fine, don't think a Gpu would cause a loop.
A dying board would an so would ram, but you've checked your ram.
When the system loops does it get to the screen asking if you want to boot in safe mode?
