Help with fan choice

Just putting the finishing touches to my component list for my new build and I am coming a little bit unstuck with what fans to go for will be 3 case fans to replace the ones that come as standard in the corsair 540 I don't want to use a fan controller and 2 will replace the fans on the corsair H100i GTX for the case fans I am thinking.

Corsair AF140 Quiet Series Low Noise High Airflow or
Akasa AK-FN062 Apache Black Super Silent 140mm Fan

are there better case fans out there ?

For the cooler I really haven't got a clue so any help would be greatly appreciated

Well 140mm fans are no good for the h100i so you can knock them out the equation for that. They will work for the case of course.

Personally I have the Apache fan you mention and would strongly recommend for both case and cooler application.
