Is it ok to run all fans manually and just have the pump res combo linked to the cpu header so flow can increase with load/temp?
Im about to make my first custom loop in a 900d and all the tutorials seem to gloss over this part of fan/pump control.
Can i run the fans on a slid controller like the nzxt sentry 2 and the link a pump res combo to the cpu header like a EK-D5 Vario X-RES 140 as it is pwm.
any help would be great guys wanna get this right first time

sorry il give specs
x99 deluxe,5960x,hyper x predator 3000 ddr4,g1 gaming gtx980,2 intel 730 ssd's in raid 0,corsair axi 1500w psu,corsair 900d and a h80i just to get the systems going

was gonna go for that big 480 xspc white and put it in the bowel of the 900d with push pull as there is lots of space there.
i think that one big rad should be well enough for just cooling the cpu with push pull.
was gonna mount the pump on the backside of the drive cages as i have seen a lot of builds looking good like that.

if i decide to add another 980 later then get water blocks for them i could add one more big 480 in the ceiling with push pull so there is always a rad in between the components.
i have seen a lot of builds with the loop going from two gpus directly to the cpu??!!!
isn't that a fatal flaw in the heat dissipation
