Help with Fan Hub

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a Phantek Enthoo Luxe case. It came with 3 fans pre installed. I have discovered that the fan hub that this case comes with is not working. I've managed to get the fans working with a Molex to splitter instead but would like to use the hub to save clutter.

Should I contact Phantek direct or is this something OC's can deal with?

Who did you buy it from? If you got it from OCUK, I'd call them.

It could also be that you haven't set it up properly. The Phanteks hub needs a valid pwm signal and 12v power to operate.

What header are you using on the motherboard?

If you use the CPU header, then you use the sata power cable. If using any other 4 pin fan header, do not use the sata power cable.

I did this when i was using my Enthoo Pro case and it worked.
