help with file names in picard

hi
need some help with filenaming in picard. currently it set to the default which is $if2(%albumartist%,%artist%)/%album%/$num(%tracknumber%,2) %title%
this names the songs to 07 Rain on Me. how do i get it so that the songs come out as
Track number - Artist - Track name.
e.g 07 - Ashanti - Rain on Me

$if2(%albumartist%,%artist%)/%album% $if(%date%,\($left(%date%,4)\))/$num(%tracknumber%,2) - %artist% - %title%

Which outputs according to the preview as:
e:\Music\The Beatles\Help! (1965)\07 - The Beatles - Ticket to Ride.mp3

For multiple artists:

$if2(%albumartist%,%artist%)/%album% $if(%date%,\($left(%date%,4)\))/$num(%tracknumber%,2) - %artist% - %title%

Which outputs according to the preview as:
e:\Music\Various Artists\Explosive Doowops, Volume 4 (1999)\05 - The Fantasys - Why Oh Why.mp3
