Help with final spec

Just wondering if you could cast your eyes over this i7 920 build. This is my first build and will be looking for an overclock of 3,8ghz, 4ghz if i'm feeling brave!:D

I know that an overclocked i5 750 system would be ok for me but I dont mind spending a little bit more for the i7 920 in terms of "future proofing" it a little wrt the Gulftown processors.

I already have a EVGA GTX 260 Core 216 graphics card. (Will be looking to upgrade in Q2 2010 maybe)

Budget is roughly £800 but can push it further for good suggestions. (This lot comes to £790.73)

OCZ gold looks good, will go for that.
(thats weird how the Patriot memory has gone, I only put it in the basket round 45mins ago??)

Read good stuff about the Corsairs but the HX750w was is £119.99. Didnt think that the £43 difference was justified? or is it?

Would a 650w PSU be ok if i'm thinking of SLI (or Xfire later on) + overclocking or just pay a bit extra an go for the 750w?

Hmm...confused now. The reviews of the Corsair HX 750w are indeed very good and lots of people are recommending it, but still unsure if £43 is worth it and if I have to RMA just once it comes to ~£70, and thats only just a few quid short of the OCZ ModXStream 700W PSU.

Need to do some more thinking.

I decided on the the Corsair HX750w PSU, I know its more that what I need but I'd like to have some scope to upgrade to dual GPUs down the line.

Graphics card is EVGA GTX 260 SSC.
