Help with firewalls.

I have a router/modem (bt voyager 2110) which has a built in firewall. So is there any need for a software firewall?
If there is, is the windows xp firewall as good as any? I also have zonealarm but seems to be causing problems with some software.

I wouldn't bother with a third party FW is you've got one built into your router, the router FW and Windows FW is sufficient enough in my opinion. Besides, if someone wants to hack into your PC, they will, a software FW won't do a damn thing to prevent it.
