help with First Gaming PC project

So as the title says this is my first gaming pc and am looking for help in getting this spec right.

Heres the spec

NZXT Phantom 410
Intel Core i7-4790K
Asus TUF Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2 Intel Z97
Asetek 570LC High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler - 1150
Kingston HyperX 16GB
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980
Samsung 250GB 850 EVO SSD
Western Digital caviar black 1TB
Corsair RM Series RM 750 '80+ Gold' 750W

With watercooling should i cool anything else like the gpu or is that only for overclock specs?
Any help would be much welcomed

I'm looking at £1500, i have an Acer monitor already(a gift) the case was reconmended to me for the space to use watercooling but i'm not 100% set on it if theres an better/cheaper model.
 
Those are some nice specs for me to look at, thank you for the quick help. I'm thinking about he Broadwell Cpu, some food for though later on. not to sure about the amd though but thats just me. I think i'm gonnawait until the Z170 and SKylake are review by someone, maybe linus.
 
Yeah i7 4790k is more an personal choice as i'll be learning to overclock it which is 1 out of 2 reasons for watercooling, the other being my pc room temp runs very high as its an box room with no windows :(
