Help with first gaming rig build...

I am planning on getting the parts below, advice or help ensuring i get the best build would be really helpful. The main decision for me is what GPU to go for. It is going to be an RX5700 but which one? I am between the PowerColour Red Devil or Gigabyte RX5700 OC Gaming...

At the moment I only have a 60Hz 1080p that I will be upgrading next year.

If you shop around and get a Corsair TXM 650W Gold, a Sabrent Rocket 1TB NVME M.2 SSD, Patriot Viper Steel 3600MHz DDR4, there'll be a bit left in the budget to get the motherboard and case you originally specced. Or stick with the micro-ATX board and case in this spec, and have enough left for a better CPU cooler like an Arctic Cooling Arctic Freezer 34 eSports for around £30.
