Help With First Time Watercooling

Hello guys,
first time for me to go liquid so i would like some suggestions.

I want to create a loop that goes into the CPU, 2xVGA and then back to the reservoir.

The following KIT with XSPC RX480 120mm radiator:

Is the tubing included in this kit large enough or is it a small one?

Which case should i get to fit that quad fans radiator? I was thinking about the 900D. Should I use two radiators instead of one? Why? In that situation should I buy another pump? Is that single 480 radiator going to be enough for CPU+VGAx2?

I would replace all the kit compression fittings with angled ones, can you suggest something I can get from this very website and that would be compatible with the kit?

Is a UV liquid requiring only UV lighting or can I also use standard lights?

This kit is enough to cool a CPU + two GPUs in terms of amount of radiator. If they are particularly high powered cards like 290x's, then you wont get much overclocking headroom.

the tubing is 7/16" ID tubing, it is medium size tubing. All mainstream tubing sizes perform the same though, so its all about which look you prefer.

900D is overkill if you aren't going to fill it with radiators, there are a couple of quad fan cases out there but there isnt a reason why you couldn't choose a smaller case and use multiple radiators in the same loop. Corsair 540 can fit a 360 + 240/280 +140/120. Multiple radiators that sum up to a single radiator would perform in a similar way, but loops become easier to manage, since you have more mounting options for smaller rads.

The pump is a D5 and will be fine with this sort of size loop.

Angle fitting adapters are usually 1/4"g male thread and female thread, meaning they don't include a barb or compression and would still need to be used with the compression in your kit to attach the hosing. Any 1/4"g angle fittings sold on OCuk will work.

UV liquid reacts to blacklight and the effect is more noticeable when ambient light is at its minimum, so the most vibrant colours come from the uv fluid, but thats not to say you cant use other lighting as well, it will just make the UV glow less noticeable.

Thanks so much for the infos, you really made my day easier.

I am going with the 900D because it's future proof enough for any kind of shenanigan i would throw at it, plus I decided to go with a double radiator because when 20nm tecnology will be out I will quad cf/sli and overclock.

I am going to use a double cylindrical res, two pumps and have two different loops for CPU/RAM and GPUs.

In this way I would be surely futureproof for when I will buy a waterblocked motherboard and so on.

What do you think?
 
Go with a single large loop to get better overall temperatures on components. Two D5s will be enough with all those extra blocks and rads. Mobo, RAM and other passively cooled parts wont require any extra radiators when you add them to the loop.

So what you are saying is something like this:

Reservoir, pump, cpu, radiator, gpus, radiator and close the loop.

Right? Why are you mentioning a second pump? To put it before the second radiator?
 
Ok guys here I have what i would like to buy, but i have some questions first.
What kind of pipe should I buy to fit G1/4 attachments??? Is 7/16" pipe going to fit someway or I have to buy an adaptor???
Compression fittings really are killing me so please explain which i should buy.
