Doesn't the Focus give you the DTC error code like the Fiesta then? no need to plug in a machine to find what the error is then

Had this issue today. Pulled each spark plug out, first two were fine, second two were covered in oil. Cleaned the plugs and dropped them back in, this has now resolved my issue.
