Help with G.Skill ripjaw clocks

Hi, i recently build my first system and have ad a bash at overclocking my cpu and gfx but now i want to try and understand memory and how to modify the settings for optimal performance, i mainly use my system for gaming if that makes a difference and the rest of the system spec is in my sig if needed.

Here is a screenshot of cpu-z and amd overdrive showing current stock memory settings amongst other things, just wanted info on where to start, what to aim for and peoples experience with this brand. Cheers, Dane

they do have auto clock tools built in for the cpu and gpu but i want to learn about it and understand what im doing. if it goes **** up i want to know why.

lo, i know how to go into bios and change settings, i just dont want to make a silly mistake, so basic pointers.

Ok so i changed to manual and made DDR3-1600 and it changed the timings to the ones pictures, now i can change the timings in the bios but i was wondering, what about the voltage? do i have to bmp it up to 1.6, i riginally changed manually and didnt edit voltage and my system froze.

when i restart and press delete to go to bios, my keyboard doesnt work most of the time, im assuming its because im using a mac keyboard?

when i changed the setting to 1600 in bios it automatically changed the timings to the ones above, i will go into the bios and change them now and try change the voltage too.

here you go, in amd overdrive it still shows max bandwidth at 10.7gb per sec, is this right as it changed when you did each setting.
