Hi mate

I'll soon be moving to a prodigy and with summer around the corner and a smaller case i want to lower temps abit.

Spec is in sig

I've been running at 4.7ghz since i got my i5 back in early 2012. Temps with water usually are about 71c after a hour of Prime 95 with medium fan speeds and room temp of around 23c.

I've been using 1.365 vcore in manual mode in bios. Could you recommend some basic solid settings for the bios to try and get temps down abit? Its been so long since i've played with my CPU its all abit rusty to me and cant remember what to tweak.

School boy stuff i know  :D

Cheers

We're not all as mad as you mate ;)

Ive got it prime stable at 1.35v and took the top mesh off the 600t. Man that mesh is restrictive!! After a hour of prime with the same fan speeds I top out at 61c.

Well happy.
