Help with getting stable OC

Just installed my new P5Q deluxe so am planning on seeing what my e8400 can do. have disabled spread spectrum, c1e, and speedstep, upped fsb to 400 and ram at 1:1, cpu multi to 9x. Vcore is at 1.28 and NB Voltage at 1.18. At the moment it's windows stable but fails LinX on first test. Should I try upping NB or CPU voltage at this stage? Cheers

EDIT: temps are around 45 under load atm
 
went back to defaults (and also with dram at 1.9V) and not stable. RAM passes memtest, but that's the only thing I can think of that could be causing the problem with a whole new mobo and psu. Grrrr
 
Im not 100% sure on OC but I think the issue is running the ram a 1:1.

What happens if you lower the multi to the lowest then upping the ram to 400.
 
Dropped cpu multi to 6x and fsb to 333MHz with 5:6 dram divider = fail. So it isn't the cpu. Will try underclocking ram to see if that makes a difference.
