Help with GPU core clock

Hello I've just noticed that my GPU core clock stays on 501.0Mhz under full load.

It's default clock is 1050Mhz and it's currently at stock.

It's a VTX3D Edition X I got from OCuK a few weeks ago. With my new intel chip I've decided to push botu CPU+GPU and noticed the clock is stuck at these lowly speeds...

Any help?

Something to do with a setting on web pages using gpu acceleration on web pages like you tube etc

Ah, just turned off the champion's league stream and it went back up!
