Help With GTA SA MP please

if i pick a server to join (anyone) and when it loads up i get this.





does anyone know how to solve it.

Thx for the reply i do not use a firewall i just use the one built into vista but i will look to see if the vista one has blocked it.

I have just turned off the fire wall and still the same problem
