My last overclocker was on my Bloomfield chip and there now seems to be a lot more options to tweak in the my Gigabyte Z87X-UD5H bios. I have stressed at 4.5Ghz using AIDA64 for 2 hours and temps never went above 62c. For that OC the only options i changed in the bios from stock was:

'CPU Base Clock' to 101
'CPU Clock Ratio' to 45
'Internal Graphics' to Disabled
'C1E', 'C3', 'C6/C7', 'CPU Thermal Monitor' & 'CPU EIST' all to Disabled
'Extreme Memory Profile' to Profile 1
'Memory Freq' to 1600mhz
'Profile DDR Voltage' to 1.50v
'DRAM Timing Selectable' to Quick
'Channel Standard Timing Control' to 8,8,8,24
'CPU Vcore' to 1.280v
'Legacy BenchMark Enhancement' to Disabled

But a lot of stuff is left as Auto like 'PCH Core', 'PCH IO' and other stuff grey out so i cant change it like 'CPU Vcore Offset'. Is there any settings that i should defiantly change from auto and input a manual setting?

Have noticed that 'Uncore Freq' is at 4Ghz should i leave this or change it to 4.5ghz to match CPU Clock Ratio?, also under this option there is 'Turbo Ratio' options for all the 4 cores which at default are on auto but have a value of 38, 38, 37, 39 should i set all this to my desired OC speed...in this case 45??

Any thing else i should be looking at? Thanks for any help given.
