At the moment with have an ADSL Dlink DI604 router with my PC connected to it by RJ45 cable.

I have a TP link 54M Wireless ADSL2+ router (model no TD-W8910G) but never managed to get it working at my grandads. On the back of the router is a line connection that goes to the net and 4 RJ45 ports.

Do i just need to plug in the line cable and use a wireless USB adapter on my computer to access the net?

In the 'Quick setup' it shows a pc connected by RJ45. Isnt this a bit pointless for 'Wireless' ? then there are another 7 steps that say about changing VPI, VCI values amongst stuff like PPPoE mode, subnet masks and SSIDs!

ok, thanks. Though before i gave it the username and password. I remember reading on forums for networking somewhere that I needed to change VPI and VCI values or something. Anyway, ill give it another go as soon as we find the power connection for the router.
