Help with iPhone 14 pro

I’ve just got a new iPhone 14 pro and can’t receive any messages.

I took the new phone out with a new provider and transferred my number over. When I go into settings and select contactable at, it displays the number of the new sim and not my old number. When I add my old number it sends me a verification code but I don’t have access to the number.

How do I get around this?

Sometimes porting your number can take a bit of time - in my experience, as much as 48 hours.

Try removing your sim and putting it back in.
