Help with iPod Touch 32GB

Hi guys, i've got a iPod touch 32GB that was replaced by apple 3 weeks after i brought my first one (only played out of one earphone). I've only had this replacement 2 weeks and now this one just displays a plain white screen, has been restored with the latest software.

Any ideas on how to clear this, or am i taking this one back aswell?
