Hi everyone,

Hoping I could get some advice here. I'm currently with Zen broadband, who are great, but the service is costing me too much as I keep having to purchase extra download allowance. It's unfeasible for me to cut-back on my downloading as its work related.

The added problem is that my local exchange isn't LLU enabled, and not many ISP's can offer me services nowadays.

What I'd like to know is:

Is there an ISP that can give me the following?

- Unlimited downloads
- Reasonable customer support
- One that DOES NOT traffic shape
- Static IP
- NO 12 month/18 month contract

Having had a bit of a browse, I really can't find anything that meets all of the above.

Can anyone help me ? :(

I think it'll be quite hard to find an ISP that will offer unlimited downloads at a reasonable price these days! I'm currently with IDNet and I could never fault them, their customer service is impecable, and my speeds are always top notch! But they do come at a price, especially for unlimited bandwidth!

Before I moved I was with Be*, excellent speeds, static IP and no download limits. Problem is, they can't serve me on my exchange.. :(
