Help with itunes

Hi, my iTunes short cut has stopped working on windows 7. Can't open iTunes at all.
I presume its just not linked to to the file. Any ideas how to fix it?

Just go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes or C:\Program Files\iTunes and right click on the iTunes app and make a new one

My actual iTunes file is on another hard drive. I have tried to make a new short cut from this folder but it always says it's from the c drive???

You can edit the link, just right click on it and change the drive path
