hi all, ive just installed vista on a separate partition and have found a problem with my keyboard.

i have a saitek eclipse keyboard and while the pc starts up i can press things like f2 to go into bios, but i cant use the arrows or enter to alter which operating system im going to use so now im knackered.
whats up with the keyboard when im starting up?

if i remember right i had this issue when i originally formatted my pc, and had to use an old keyboard then.
so if this is the case, does it mean i aint gonna be able to have a dual boot system (as i cant alter it?)

There is usually an option in the BIOS that says something along the lines of "USB Keyboard", make sure that's enabled? can't think of anything else it can be...sorry :(

Actually silly me....without sounding patronizing, have u tried another USB port? or perhaps another usb keyboard?
