Help with laptop for Football manager 2018

Hello folks, a friend as asked me to spec a laptop for football manager 2018, and he doesn't really want to be spending more than £500 on a gaming laptop just for that which I do agree with.

will the onboard graphics from a Intel Core i5-7200U 2.5GHz, be good enough to run it does it need a graphics card?

this is what it recommends: VIDEO CARD: Intel GMA X4500, NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT or AMD/ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 – 256MB VRAM

from what I can work out the chip uses
Intel® UHD Graphics 620 but I just want to clarify before I recomend

Yes. Football manager will probably run on a potato if it ran windows. It isn't a stressful game by any means.

To put it in to perspective, the 3650 listed here is around 9 years old and was a low end, budget card when it came out.
