Help with making a Processor Replacment guide

Hi, I am looking into making a guide for work which i would be able to look for a specific processor i.e pentium Mobile 4 2.8ghz which will then list the best like for like replacments i.e a core duo 1.66ghz. This is really only for laptop processors, Does anyone know of any charts already on the internet or could anyone list what they think would be good replacment for the pentium 4 mobile chips and old celeron chips in laptops?
