help with matching memory

hello
wonder if anybody could help me please with matching my memory?, not sure if what ive got is single or double chanell memory what ever that is.

anyway here is my memory could someone please recommend me a memory that would match what ive got?, i was going with 16, but after reading up that 8 is good enough i thought id stay with just 8 for now.

If your on the Z97 in your sig then your on dual channel, so either 2x or 4x sticks

so i can ony use dual channel? is that what your saying? that one in the picture works

If thats a kit of 4 then yes it will run dual channel, 2x will run dual channel, 1 will run single channel only but still work.

Ah right it said on the stick 4x4, yes the vulcans you linked are a good price and will work just fine.
