help with mates pc spec

ive been asked to build a pc for a mate of mine. now the pc will be used for web browsing and general office work and some light gaming such as football manager and WOW etc. budget is under £230 but he's willing to go over a little if its worth doing

ive put together an intel spec but am stuck on which motherboard to have so was wondering can someone tell me whats the best motherboard for under £50 with integrated graphics that should play the above kind of games or do i have to buy a separate motherboard and graphics card and if so which one do you recommend.

Is the PSU included with the case?

Without reading up on that cm 460W (assuming its possibly a budget thing), I would recommend buying a case without a PSU and buying a seperate Corsair 450W TX.
