I live quite far from my exchange and subsequently only sync at about 1300 to 1500 rate. This gives me a 1meg download rate.
A few weeks ago my connection started dropping all the time and I could only download at about 15kps and my line was syncing at 700ish I reported a fault through my ips (zen who also said my bras profile had dropped to 512 ) who advised me to call BT. I called them and they said there was no fault but the very next day everything was back to normal and sync speeds were back up.
The problem now is even though my sync speed is back up my download speeds are still stuck at 512 rate. How long before the bras profile goes back up ? Will it happen automatically ? or do I need to call zen ?
