help with medusa and vibration

I have bought these today SpeedLink Medusa SL-8793 5.1 ProGamer Edition (SP-026-SL) , everything seems to be fine and good quality, but the only thing is that i have an Audigy 2zs, and the vibration will work only if i plug the subwoofer cable into either where the rear or the front cables should be, but this then causes the speakers to response wrong to the surround sound system, like the rear doesnt sound where the rear should be, howerver if i plug in the subwoofer into the subwoofer and the rest normal, i get perfect surround sound system, please help i would like to have the vibration and the surround sound

ok i just recieved a reply from medusa help and they said change the output channel in the software, any experts on creative audigy 2zs? clueless how t ochange output channels >,<

can u plz post a pic of the back of your soundcard and the cables, and what drivers your using, would be very helpful if u vibro and surround sound works fine

yea strange thats the way i have it, still no vibration ,only if i put sub in the rear slot ;(
