help with memory for Q6600

hi guys

i intend to order a Q6600 quad core and a Asus P5Q Deluxe (tuniq tower) and was hoping to overclock it to either 3.2ghz or 3.00ghz

now the thing is it has been ages since i overclocked anything so i was wondering which memory would be best to get for a simple overclock,

i was looking at the GeIL 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 800MHz Black Dragon DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GB24GB6400C5DC)

would this be any good ??? and what settings would i use ???

PC6400 would be fine.

For 3.2 you'd just run 8 x 400 with mem at 1:1 for default 800MHz.

At 3.0 you'd just run 9 x 333 with mem at 5:6 for default 800MHz.

Unless your going to be doing major overclocking PC6400 is more than adaquate

Would 450x8 on a Q6600 be obtainable on 800mhz RAM? I know some RAM is good at overclocking but its risky

Most CAS4 PC2-6400 will reach 900mhz, tho often the CAS will need to be dropped to 5.
