Is there a way of sending a message with a certain email address to a seperate folder in my inbox?

I have a few user accounts and there all going into the Inbox and i wouldnt mind the girlfriends emails going direct into her own folder. Is there a way?

send message to where ever

If you right click over the inbox (or where you want the new folder to be) and select new folder (name this folder as G/fs folder). Once that folder is created go to a message from G/f highlight any message.

Then go to message on toolbar >> select creat rule from this message.
Here you will see little boxes that you can tick.
The line 'where the from line contains people' should already be ticked. Then tick move to specified folder upon a line at the bottom will appear with the specified folder underlined. Click this and then select the folder that you would like the mail to go to. :D

Any probs repost but it is very straight forward really. There is no limit to the amount of folders and rules that you can create here. :p

great advice thanks, one problem though. I want to create a rule when the message is TO someone, not from. Example i and the girlfriend may have emails from the same person/company, so i dont want my emails going into her folder.

Foloow Soupyuk's advice and you'll see that you can make a rule to do this.
