Help with Mobo choice please

Guys

I have a P35 Asus P5k Black Pearl Mobo but for some reason my E8400 will play stable at 3.4GHZ and not much more .

If anyone knows why I cant do any more please let me know ?

Anyhow

I would like to get a 24/7 3.8-4GHZ clock with the following so need you guys to spek me a mobo that is capable of dual booting XP and Vista that will work well with the following ;
