A friend is after a new mobo to go with a new CPU. The CPU he has chosen is:

He wants a decent perfomance mobo but isn't sure what to look for. Below is a link to the mobo he has picked out. What he need is some advice on whether this is the best mobo to go for at that price. Or if he should invest a little more? Maybe even pay less to get a better bang for buck mobo? Any feedback would be great thanks.
