Help with Motherboard for HTPC build.

I decided to build my first HTPC rig and I deside go for Sandy Bridge H67 Micro ATX mobo + INTEL CORE I3-2100 CPU. First motherboard that I I was looking that – AsRock H67M, but not very happy with lay out and lack of SATA3 connections for the front of the my Silverstone Grandia GD05B case. But this motherboard Supports Blu-ray Stereoscopic 3D with HDMI 1.4a.
So, can any body help me with right mobo for HTPC ?
