I need some help and advice on an Exchange problem. We have a small office with 4 users. The Email system is on a server running MS SBS 2003.

User A has the account "[email protected]". The other users are all "[email protected]". User A's mailbox has all our business leads/enquiries and I want to move them (in their current file structure if possible - they are in folders by year and month) to the second user but not the entire mailbox contents. i.e just a folder we have with all the leads but not the other folders.

I can re-direct the email accounts to the appropriate users, but I don't know how to move the contents of the folders.

Anyone here that can help or point me to an online resource?

Thanks.

You should be able to actually drag the mail folders out of Outlook and into the user's My Documents and the emails will appear as files.

You can then copy these folders to the other user's documents and then drag them into their Outlook folders.

That should work.

Copy User A folders into the Exchange Public Folders.

Then on each of the other Users copy the folder(s) from the Public Folders back to their own folders.
