Hi there guys I need help as I don't know how many intake and exhaust fans should I have. Also at what rpm would it be the best temp to noise. These fans are all sp120 pwm I can control them by aquaero 6 pro. I would appreciate all your help. Here it's image of my current arrangement and I also have 6 of these fans so one could be added. My case is cooler master storm trooper with side windows edition.

Looks good to me. The only thing I would change is turn the psu over so that it's sucking cool air through the filter in the base of the case.

Also at what rpm would it be the best temp to noise.

Just monitor your temps and adjust the rpm accordingly. There are no real presets for fan speed and noise. It comes down to what you consider is noisy.

I'd prolly turn them all down as low as possible. As long as the temps are within tolerance that'd do me.

I've found as my cases get old and the fans die, I can happily not replace the fans and the rig doesn't care. Just end up with a quieter rig over time.

If I have them at 700rpm temps on mother board are in low 40 Celsius degree. Cpu in mid to high 40 and gpu 73 after around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Imo the fan you have as exhaust just below your AIO's rad should be intake instead. This would give positive pressure in your case, and would also feed the 2x fans on your rad with cool air. Also agree with what has been said about the psu too, get it flipped over.
