ok so i really do need food you know 7 days a week, about 3.50 a day on food WTF you on about, yeh 3.50 is allot is it. do you eat grass ?

I'm a student and I could quite happily live off £3.50 a day for food. If you don't go crazy and budget things carefully it's doable.

you seem like you have a decent computer. how'd you get the money for that? If you're into computers, maybe you can make some money from it?

And yeh id love that, i havnt got the business head for it, and they look for qualifications these days not what you can actually do! although you might have gave me something to look into there

i knew someone would have picked that up lol, ignore that.

What about this then....

Well im at my computer hours upon hours daily but havnt a clue what to do sometimes , i end up just constantly refreshing these forums, sometimes i have gone onto messing around in photoshop as well, but what else is there to do when your at your computer bored, what do you do ?, apart from play games. and apart from watching porn. ;)

Again thanks for input truly! but were bumping into the same things, i have been to about 15 interviews in last 2 years, no success in any (some will say thats not many) but it is round here. as i said even without transport into consideration im having no look with jobs in town, maybe im rubbish at finding them tbh, comes natural eh, what is the big thing that putting my CV down is the *Do you have your own transport - NO* quite a phew of the employers have said that.

people say it is not a lot because it isnt, regardless of where you live.
You should be having that many interviews a month!!
You clearly do not want to work and your priorities are completely wrong in life. Time for you to grow up.

Where in Cheshire are you ?

About 8-10 miles outside chester center.

Wish i could talk to you all in person and you can see the ***** time ive had in last year, and i know i could change what some of you are saying here, i couldn't explain in words and im not going to.

you have tried just writing up a CV and walking round town giving it into everywhere you can. There's always supermarkets/fastfood places which will pay your way until you're earning more. Also if you don't have anything else to do then you have every day to go find a job.

also have you tried the job centre/agencies?

Ok, sell the 8800GT and such, fund your lessons, get driving, or start paying for lifts into town to work and such?

This thread is remarkable. Mr Jimmy, I have one final thing to say;

In the real world 8-10 miles is not a long way to go for something you want.
Again, in this world £3.50 is totally manageable for loads more than one day.
Finally, there is nobody that will give you a loan with you having a) no way to pay it back, and b) nothing to secure it against.

what about family members? do any of them drive or work in a town city near your, that can take u to a town each day?

u can pick up a cheap bike for next to nothing these days i wont take that long to cycle 10 miles, then its all about saving and choosing the right things to eat. pasta and things are a great start as they are super cheap and are filling, buy/lookup online for student cookbooks its all about making the most food out of as little as possible.

Just dont say about your transport situation on your cv?
