Help with my new RX 480

Hey all. As per suggestions I went and got myself a new RX 480. I am having the tiniest of issues with it insomuch that when I installed it, the dual monitors I use aren't aligned correctly. There is about a 2cm 'deadspot' at the top left on my 2nd screen where the mouse won't move onto the first and no matter how much tweaking I do in Windows, I get no resolution.

Can anyone point me in the correct direction?
 
each screen has a way of sorting that, you can align the image, move it up and down using the buttons probably. Something in the setup of your monitor should help with that. I don't think it's something you can fix with any Windows tweaking.
