help with my new upgrade

hello all ,i would realy appreciate some help on my new upgrade

i already have -

gtx480 (bought s/h)

Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9

OcUK Crusade 650W Dual-Rail High Efficiency Power Supply


going to buy-

Intel Core i5 760 2.80GHz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156)

but i am strugling with the mb
i dont understand the diffences between H55/P55

i am hoping to get this new setup running then selling my Q6600 and E7200 to put towards a new card to sli

could anyone recomend me a good P55 board that they use for SLI and good for overclocking.

thanks for that - yes i know what you mean about the psu (the fan broke after about 10mins of use) and i realise i will prob have to upgrade this aswel to sli.

spent most of the afternoon looking into sandy bridge and it looks good all depends on the price - any idea how much a 2500k will cost
