Help with my OC please

OK, i am new to this! and this is the best i can get! 2.65GHz
I think its the mem letting me down, i have been doing a lot of reading but just cant get my head arround it.

could someone please give me some setting to try, that would really help.

put ya memory on to a divider, try 166, that will bring ya memory speed down to about 195mhz, then increase your fsb, at 250fsb your memory should be about 200mhz, then just keep increasing your fsb until it becomes unstable then increase your voltage by 0.025v

Running at 2.8

Are temps ok?
Are volts ok? volts in cpu-z say 1.45 in bios they are set to 1.50. Is this ok?

should i push for more? 2.9???
