Help with my W300i

[Hickin]

Hey guys,

Basically I took out my sonyeric w300i out to txt a mate yesterday and some of the buttons dont work! Basically the up key and the top left hand button have stopped working. I have done a master reset and tried updating the phone on the web. My firmware is the most upto date so I cant update that! I also left the battery out all night and tested but its still broke!

Any ideas?
