Im currently running a website for a local fundraising charity in aid of cancer research uk.
We have just taken over a bike ride from a local town and we need to make a database to incorporate all our participants.
The old organisers had a database before but they havent given me anything other than the data export from their old database.
What im wanting is to install software on the forum that will allow my admins to manually input new data into the database and access themselves by doing searches, i also want to be able to mass mail from this database too to all of our participants.
How can i make this possible without it conflicting with the existing database/forum/user manager.
