Help with new budget spec please?

Okay, I have put off upgrading for quite some time but Medieval TW2 and the latest C&C game is showing me the age of my PC at last...my old dual athlon/9800 pro just isnt cutting it any more.

I am looking for a budget build to see me allright for a while and would like some advice as I am totally out of touch with CPUs and graphics cards.

Mobo £80
CPU £100 max
Memory, 1 or 2GB of something decent
Graphics card £100 max, hopefully less

I play CS:Source, medieval total war, C&C and iL2. I dont have time for lots of games any more and probably wont upgrade again for a while yet until some new generation game grabs my fancy.

Can I have some ideas/prices from you guys, especially if I can spend less than above to get what I want

Are you going to overclock the system?

I am happy to overclock but dont want to be monitoring temps all the time. The room is quite warm, and I dont need errors or shutdowns so nothing extreme.

I am nt really into graphics card overclocking, I will just turn down settings a little on whatever I am playing...
