Help With New Build Setup

PLEASE HELP!

Hi guys

Have just built my new rig (see sig below for parts) and have left the GTX680 out for now till machine booted with O/S installed

I have the 128GB SSD fitted and when connected to SATA3 port and power connected I cannot get into EFI/BIOS

Once I disconnect SSD I can get into EFI/BIOS

Motherboard LED displays either AE or A9

Can anyone help?

Want to get OS installed onto brand new SSD but once it is connected I cannot get into EFI/BIOS

BIOS version installed is F4 (as MOBO came)

Please help

tried a new sata cable, tried plugging the ssd into another sata3 slot, or a sata 2 slot ?

have you tried resetting the cmos, as per gigabyte instructions ?

possibly might need a bios update, due to the ivybridge chip, not sure that this should cause an issue with the ssd tho.

also, theres a firmware update for the ssd so would be worth updating it when you get chance.

Have done the clear CMOS thing

Just gonna try and SSD firmware update and change MOBO BIOS from F4 to F7

See if that does anything
