Help With New Build!!

HI Guys.

first time posting , long time reading,

wondered if some of you guys could help me on my new build,
hopefully looking to clock this thing to 3.00/3.20 (gaming and general use)

ok locked in components are

Intel Quad Core 6600 (GO stepping)
Tuniq Tower 120 cooler

so I need advice on motherboard and ram
currently thinking

P5 premium/WIFI (mainly on a certain magazines recommendation, dont need the WIFI though ) or
the Abit IP35 (im a long time abit fan )

as for memory I was thinking DDR2 OCZ reaper ??? ,what speed i don't know, (I haven't built for 3 yrs)

any ideas ??

I can certainly wait a few weeks , any P45 boards in mind ??

also would my current PSU power this chip its a Akasa 480W
(currently powering a AMD 64 X2 3800 Skt 939 ,Abit AN8 Fatality with 3 hard drives (one a Raptor) and a ATI X800XL)

also probably going to drop a new Graphics card in there, don't know what though yet (£100 to £150)

its a Akasa paxpower 460W ATX V2.0

double 12v rail 15A on each rail peak of 16A on each

do you think this will be ok for the setup mentioned?
